How do I know if I actually need a new roof or just a repair?
Depends on the damage and how old your roof is. We'll come out, take a look, and tell you the truth.
If a repair will hold up for a few more years, we'll say so. We're not going to push a $15,000 replacement if a $500 fix does the job.
What does a free inspection actually include?
We get on the roof, check the shingles, flashing, vents, and gutters.
We look for damage, wear, and anything that could cause problems down the road.
Then we tell you what we found, show you pictures, and answer your questions. No charge, no obligation.
How fast can you get to my house?
Usually within a day or two for an inspection.
If you've got an active leak or emergency, call us and we'll get there same day if at all possible.
Do I need to be home during the work?
Not necessarily. We'll coordinate with you on access and keep you updated throughout.
A lot of homeowners are at work while we're on the roof. Just make sure we can get to what we need.
What happens if it rains before the job is done?
We never leave your home exposed. If weather is coming, we tarp and secure everything before we leave for the day. Your house stays protected no matter what.
Can I see proof that you're licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Just ask and we'll send it over.
You should always verify this with any contractor.
If someone won't provide it, that's a red flag.
